The asynchronous API (under the package
com.arangodb.async) needs a substantial refactoring, i.e. supporting HTTP protocol, fixing #433 and a better alignment with the synchronous API.This PR removes (temporarily) the asynchronous API, so that we avoid delaying too much the release of the synchronous driver version 7.0.
The asynchronous API will be reworked and re-added in a future version 7.x.
