Part 7 of the Meet Horizon UI series: two log surfaces — the stored, indexed, trace-correlated Logs stream (level histogram, Levels filter, format-aware payload popout, no log query language) and the on-demand Pod Logs live tail read from the Kubernetes API server (Window/Interval, Include/Exclude regex, never persisted, disabled-by-default on OAP). 3 WebP figures. Part 7 of the Meet Horizon UI series — the per-layer Logs and Pod Logs tabs.
Two log surfaces, two questions:
Logs — SkyWalking's stored, indexed, trace-correlated stream: own time range, structured conditions (Instance / Endpoint / Trace ID / Tags / Level, no log query language), a level-stacked density histogram, and a row popout with format-aware pretty-printing + tag table + ↗ trace.
Pod Logs — a live tail of a pod's container output read from the Kubernetes API server through OAP (not SkyWalking storage, never persisted): Window / Interval, Start/Pause, Include/Exclude regex, disabled-by-default on OAP.
3 WebP figures: the stream (histogram + Levels + rows), a JSON access-log payload popout, the Pod Logs live tail.
