The Shield-Locking Sentinel is a Sovereign kernel-level watchdog designed to neutralize Local Privilege Escalation (LPE) zero-days. It forensic-monitors interactions with the Volume Shadow Copy (VSS) and system update services. Unauthorized process-lineage transitions or anomalous signature drifts trigger an immediate bit-lock (process suspension), preventing attackers from escalating to SYSTEM privileges.

• O(log N) Process Monitoring: High-frequency polling of the Sovereign Heartbeat (0.0082s).
• Signature Drift Detection: Identifies unprivileged interactions with sensitive system binaries.
• Vanguard Hardening: AOT-compiled via Cython for sub-ms execution.
