v4.11 brings several new major features to Text Grab!

- Calculation Pane in Edit Text Window
- Perform calculations in the Edit Text Window
- Between a calculator and Excel
- RegEx manager in Find & Replace
- Standard set of useful Regular Expressions
- Save your own
- RegEx in Edit Text Window bottom bar
- Zoom in Fullscreen Grab by scrolling or pinch/zoom
- Pan zoomed Fullscreen Grab by moving mouse to edges
- Upgraded to .NET 10 and WPFUI 4.1
