Overview

Update KeepCmdCredentials to detect passwords assigned through CMD set statements.

Examples:

  • set PASSWORD=...
  • set PGPASSWORD=...
  • set "PASSWORD=..."

Why

Some CMD and batch files store credentials in environment variables using set statements.

This change improves detection for those password assignment patterns.
