中部高中電資社團聯合會議 Student Club's Association of Information in Central Taiwan,於 2021 年 12 月 7 日由 AIS3新型態資安實務主題課程 中的台灣科技大學資訊工程系鄭欣明教授以及陽明交通大學資訊工程系-黃俊穎教授,對於將中部所有資訊社團聯合起來成為一個「大組織」的概念提出,「中部高中職電資聯合會議」(簡稱「中電會」),在文華高中 29 屆電腦研究社社長-周佑康 以及 臺中一中數位創作社 16 屆社長-蔡承希的協助下,於 2022 二月正式創立。結合中區電資資源,以積極辦理資訊教育、活動、比賽並且永續傳承為目標。
