Description

This fixes broken links to /chavarera/ where apparently the project moved to /Python-World/

Fixes #383

Thanks for the merge, quick as always. And sorry for the slightly messy structure - the template commit should arguably have gone with the author fixes in #381.

You're most welcome (though I'll have to note that guessing at someone's gender identification preferences is not considered good form).
