I'm a machine learning engineer with 2 years of experience in research and development involving time series forecasting (Custom Transformers, LSTM, GRU, ST-GNNs, Kalman filtering), GANs for synthetic data generation, building advanced Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, Multiagent systems with CrewAI and, reinforcement learning.
I have PhD in Molecular chemistry at the University of Cambridge, doing both experimental and computational work.
My computational work has included Molecular dynamics and finite element simulations. Furthermore, I have built a neutron reflection data analysis package that enables users to have more flexibility for more complex sytems.
