Well, it works, at least :D

On mac\linux app will generate notification on success(though i haven't tested it on linux).
On windows app will not notify you on success(and i didn't make launchables for windows - you can do them yourself, if you wan't to(instruction below.))

ok, so linux/mac stuff comes with shell-script intaller\uninstaller.
script itself launches "java -jar (削除) /.adb/AdbAutoConnector.jar"
configurator launcher "java -cp / (削除ここまで).adb/AdbAutoConnector.jar com.pavelsikun.kotlin.adboutoconnector.ConfirugratorStarter"
