UTFXML.exe is a tool for:

• unpacking .cmp, .3db, .mat, .txm

• converting them into XML

• extracting embedded resources (.wav, .tga, .dds, etc.)

• Added support for exporting the Animation block → XML

• Tested on .cmp files

• Other formats are potentially supported, but not fully tested
