How to setup

Requirements

  • Python: >= 3.11
  • gcc: 11.3.1 (or later)
  • rdkit: 2023年9月1日
  • pybind11: 2.11.1

Installation

pip install --upgrade git+https://github.com/LazyShion/GESim.git

How to use

Calculate similarity

from rdkit import Chem
