Added all of the information found in the FAQ on Discord
Split the content up into logical sections and reordered accordingly
Reworded one of the subsections (separate commit in case you don't like my version)
Included  HTML comments (that don't show in the rendered markdown output on GitHub) in the General section to explain my thought process with how the subsections are ordered (I thought those didn't warrant splitting into separate sections)

 Minor improvements to faq.md

- Merged some sections regarding custom css and themes
