Can not save files (csv/excel/pdf) in incognito mode #98

This can easily be reproduced by visiting the main TableTools web page in Chrome's Incognito mode, and trying to save a file: https://www.datatables.net/extensions/tabletools/
It will appear to work (the save dialog comes up), but no file is saved in the destination folder.
