Replaces the old Stress GF texture atlas with a new, optimized by hand and exported with BTA one.
Its able to render all filters without any extra runtime baking. The animation data contains the blend mode of the transition but Codename's openfl fork doesnt support the overlay blend mode, so for now its going to look a bit chopped until thats merged.

Additionally also fixes some minor camera/sync stuff.
