Resolves #247
As a dedicated user of our VSCode extension for PostgreSQL, I've noticed a significant need within our organization for a feature that would greatly enhance the security and usability of the extension. Currently, our extension provides support for passwords from plain text. However, to further meet the evolving needs of our users, I propose adding support for retrieving passwords from the command line.
Given the widespread usage of our extension within our organization, I strongly believe that this feature will be a valuable addition, enhancing both security and user experience.

Feedback and contributions from the community are welcome throughout the implementation process.

• Improved security: Users can securely provide passwords without exposing them in plain text.
• Enhanced usability: Users have more flexibility in how they provide passwords to the extension.

Implementation details

• Implemented an intermediary step using a pick list to allow users to choose between retrieving passwords as plain text or from the command line.
• Depending on the selected option, the input field for the respective password type is presented.
• This addition introduces an extra step during the process of adding a new connection, enhancing flexibility and security in password handling.
