This PR removes the

The workflow was designed to auto-approve pull requests from 'copilot-swe-agent' using the
hmarr/auto-approve-action@v3, but it was not working as expected. Since the workflow is not functioning properly and no other files in the repository reference it, the safest approach is to remove it entirely.Verification
