A Permitted Purpose is any purpose other than a Competing Use. A Competing Use
means making the Software available to others in a commercial product or

Permitted Purposes specifically include using the Software:

## Per-package licensing in this monorepo
This `LICENSE` file is the **default** license that applies to:
- `packages/engine/` — the `pycaret` Python library on PyPI
- `apps/site/` — the public docs/marketing site
- All top-level documentation, scripts, and configuration
The following directories have **additional** license terms documented in
their own LICENSE / pyproject metadata:
- `services/api/`, `apps/web/` — dual-licensed under FSL-1.1-MIT (this file)
**OR** Business Source License 1.1, with the BSL change date set to three
years from each release. See `docs/revamp/DECISIONS.md` for rationale.
If you are unsure which license applies to a particular file, consult the
`pyproject.toml` or `package.json` of the package containing that file.
