许可条款 / LICENSE TERMS

一、定义 / 1. Definitions
-------------------------
1. "本软件" 指 Adnify 及其所有源代码、文档、资源文件和相关材料。
"Software" refers to Adnify and all its source code, documentation,
resource files, and related materials.
2. "作者" 指 adnaan (adnaan.worker@gmail.com)。
"Author" refers to adnaan (adnaan.worker@gmail.com).
3. "商业使用" 指任何以营利为目的的使用,包括但不限于:销售、出租、
提供付费服务、集成到商业产品中等。
"Commercial Use" means any use for profit, including but not limited to:
selling, renting, providing paid services, integrating into commercial
products, etc.
4. "非商业使用" 指个人学习、研究、教育或非营利组织的内部使用。
"Non-Commercial Use" means personal learning, research, education, or
internal use by non-profit organizations.
二、授权范围 / 2. Grant of Rights

在遵守本协议条款的前提下,作者授予您以下权利:
Subject to compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the Author grants
you the following rights:

- 下载、安装和使用本软件
Download, install, and use the Software
- 复制和分发本软件
Copy and distribute the Software
- 修改本软件源代码
Modify the Software source code

2. 【商业使用】商业使用必须事先获得作者的书面授权。

三、必须保留的信息 / 3. Required Attribution

无论以何种方式使用、修改或分发本软件,您必须:

1. 保留软件名称 "Adnify" 的显著标识
Retain the prominent display of the software name "Adnify"

四、禁止行为 / 4. Restrictions

1. 禁止删除、隐藏或修改任何版权声明、作者信息或仓库地址
Do not remove, hide, or modify any copyright notices, author information,
or repository URLs
2. 禁止删除、隐藏或修改软件内部(包括但不限于界面、配置文件、
关于页面、设置页面等)显示的仓库地址、作者信息和版权声明
Do not remove, hide, or modify repository URLs, author information, and
copyright notices displayed within the software (including but not limited
to UI, configuration files, about pages, settings pages, etc.)
3. 禁止将本软件伪装成您的原创作品
Do not misrepresent the Software as your original work
4. 禁止在未经授权的情况下进行商业使用
Do not use commercially without authorization
5. 禁止使用作者的名称、商标进行产品背书或推广
Do not use the Author's name or trademarks for product endorsement or
promotion
6. 禁止将本软件用于任何违法活动
Do not use the Software for any illegal activities
五、衍生作品 / 5. Derivative Works
----------------------------------
1. 基于本软件的衍生作品必须采用相同或兼容的许可协议
Derivative works based on the Software must use the same or a compatible
license
2. 衍生作品必须明确标注 / Derivative works must clearly indicate:
- 基于 Adnify 开发 / Built upon Adnify
- 原始作者和仓库地址 / Original author and repository URLs
- 所做的修改内容 / Modifications made
六、贡献者条款 / 6. Contributor Terms

1. 向本项目提交的任何贡献(包括但不限于代码、文档、建议等),
贡献者同意将其贡献的版权授予作者。
By submitting any contribution to this project (including but not limited
to code, documentation, suggestions, etc.), the contributor agrees to
grant the copyright of their contribution to the Author.
2. 贡献者保证其贡献是原创的,或有权进行此授权。
Contributors warrant that their contributions are original or that they
have the right to make such grants.
七、专利条款 / 7. Patent Terms
------------------------------
1. 本协议不授予任何专利许可。
This Agreement does not grant any patent license.
2. 如果您对本软件或其衍生作品提起专利诉讼,您在本协议下的所有权利
将自动终止。
If you initiate patent litigation against the Software or its derivative
works, all your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate.
八、商标使用 / 8. Trademark Usage
---------------------------------
1. "Adnify" 名称和相关标识是作者的商标。
The "Adnify" name and related logos are trademarks of the Author.
2. 未经书面授权,不得将这些商标用于:
Without written authorization, these trademarks may not be used for:
- 产品或服务的命名 / Naming products or services
- 暗示作者背书或赞助 / Implying Author endorsement or sponsorship
- 任何可能造成混淆的方式 / Any manner that may cause confusion
3. 允许在以下情况使用商标:
Trademark use is permitted in the following cases:
- 准确描述本软件的来源 / Accurately describing the origin of the Software
- 在衍生作品中注明原始项目 / Crediting the original project in derivative works
九、免责声明 / 9. Disclaimer
----------------------------
本软件按"原样"提供,不提供任何明示或暗示的保证,包括但不限于:
适销性、特定用途适用性和非侵权性的保证。
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
在任何情况下,作者均不对因使用本软件而产生的任何直接、间接、
偶然、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损害承担责任。
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE
SOFTWARE.
十、协议终止 / 10. Termination
------------------------------
1. 如果您违反本协议的任何条款,您的使用权将自动终止。
If you violate any terms of this Agreement, your rights will automatically
terminate.
2. 终止后,您必须停止使用本软件并销毁所有副本。
Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies.
3. 本协议的免责声明和责任限制条款在终止后继续有效。
The disclaimer and limitation of liability provisions of this Agreement
shall survive termination.
十一、其他条款 / 11. Miscellaneous
----------------------------------
1. 本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖。
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic
of China.
2. 如本协议的任何条款被认定为无效,其余条款仍然有效。
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining
provisions shall remain in effect.
3. 作者保留随时修改本协议的权利,修改后的协议适用于新版本。
The Author reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
Modified agreements apply to new versions.
4. 本协议的中英文版本如有歧义,以中文版本为准。
In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of
this Agreement, the Chinese version shall prevail.
