I'm using OpenLayers - 2.11,GeoServer 2.13, ExtJS 3.4, and Java for developing GIS based web applications. How can we create GIS based 3d application like below attachment using opensource softwares in GIS.

Check Out Cesium which is a JavaScript library for creating 3D globes and 2D maps in a web browser without a plugin. visit http://cesium.agi.com/index.html to download and try may be it will help.
