We've worked with P2H's frontend development services a number of times when we required additional resources. The project management has always been fairly good. The majority of communication is done through email and the P2H client site, and they usually respond within the same day. If further clarification is required, we'd set up a Skype call. Plus, language has never been an issue.
There have been times when the pricing would increase without much notice on our side. If we asked why, they could always explain their reasoning, but it wasn't always clear at first.
