Newbie questions: javadoc, secure transport, ant & gcj, library build structure

Yes. I think we'd need a whole new task for compiling to .o.
And it would be helpful to have a couple of tasks for invoking gcjh
(one when it works like javah, and one for CNI .h generation. Or
perhaps an option).
