Problems with Mohans GCJ 20030522 build

They get copied to $PREFIX and $PREFIX/$TARGET (actually
hard links, but copies on Win32). Since the default
MinGW binutils package is compiled for the target
"mingw32" and not "i686-pc-mingw32", we see this
behaviour.
Simply moving all the files in "mingw32" into
"i686-pc-mingw32" should fix the problem.
