Problems with Mohans GCJ 20030522 build

As far as I can see, binutils are being installed in $PREFIX. Am I missing
something? I unzip these manually by hand on Windows from the SF
binaries since I don't actually use these for the real build (which is done
with cross-binutils, which never gets installed into the crossed-native
build).
