I think that's pretty hard given the current eclipse framework.
I know the idea has been discussed though.

Yeah, the CDT is pretty nice. And eclipse has some really awesome
features for hacking Java.
I've heard that the CDT debugger can already be used to debug
gcj-compiled code (not surprising since it just uses gdb underneath).
I still haven't gotten around to trying it myself though.
