GCJ snapshots for Windows?

You could install Virtual PC or something similar, along with GNU/Linux.
That's probably the easiest right now. My impression is that building on
msys or cygwin directly is still hard, and not likely to work out of the
box. It'll probably also never be as fast as a native GNU/Linux build.
