I have no idea what the redistribution license is. That's the 
Transvirtual specific version of Kaffe I'm pointing you to. The download 
link is easy to find on the kaffe.org site.
One should contact Jim Pick (jim@jimpick.com) to get in touch with the 
JIT4 implementor for technical details.
