Since nobody else asked...
Why isn't libgcc_s a libtool library? I've had no end of problems with
failing testsuites due to libgcc_s.
I guess someday libgcc_s will be stable and installed by the vendor, and
that won't matter anymore. Still, I can't believe anybody would want to
shove all the various platform-specific shared library rules into gcc.
