More Tru64 errors

This was reported on the 3.0 branch, which doesn't have the new(er)
collector with GC_OSF1_THREADS.
We could patch configure.in on the trunk to recognize Tru64 and define
GC_OSF1_THREADS. But it would be nice to know if it actually works.
(I have several alphas but none with Tru64, or I'd try it myself.)
