More Tru64 errors

The collector does have experimental support for Tru64 PThreads. This
hasn't been tested, and may not be quite correct. But it looks like it's
not even getting configured in. The collector should be built with
GC_OSF1_THREADS defined, and I strongly suspect it isn't.
