AC_PROG_GCJ, maybe? It doesn't exist yet. Libtool just tests for it
in case autoconf ever introduces it. Meanwhile, you may use
AM_PROG_GCJ from automake or LT_AC_PROG_GCJ, defined in libtool.m4.
