PHP: html colour names to hex values

my problem:

i wish to convert all the colour names in html to their hex or rgb values for use in PHP's image functions. i'm at drawing some bar graphs for users quotas, and the users profiles have colour names and hex values that need to be reflexed in the stats.

my last restort is creating an assoc array to do the job, but thats time comsuming and i'm sure someone would have already done it.

i just cant find it, or a function in PHP to do it for me.
suppose javascript could do it for me at the client side, if anyone knows if this is possible.

but for reasons of reuse, i'd prefer to do the conversion in PHP.

well a bit of find and replace and excel stuffing around and made the filler for an assoc array..

would this use too much up mem or anything for php and web serving? guessing not really?
