This seems like an interesting solution very much worth exploring, thank you for the suggestionAnother alternative is to download a virtual machine and install macOS on it.
While another known third party tool isn’t exactly desirable to use at least it works (unlike apple devices lol)
This is absolutely not normal. What the hell?? I’m averaging 7 hours on my iPhone SE 2022! On iOS 18. Your iPhone has a much bigger battery... do you notice your phone warm or hot? Maybe you have very low cellular signal?Battery life is still complete garbage on this RC. iPhone 15 Pro and I have most notifications and location stuff off in settings and AI off as well. This is my battery life on LTE.
Factory radio in my case, with 17 Pro.I've seen you mention this multiple times and I am honestly just curious. Is this happening with a factory radio or after market radio?
same but IPADOS M4 13" 1tb cellular ... DFU'd (again) ... iApple iSucksDFU'd. After over 2 hours of waiting for the bar to finish, I reloaded the phone. Got stuck on apple logo then. Tried twice.
I had similar on one of the 26.1 betas, I think. Do they look normal during that split second before the icons are rendered when you open or close a folder?Has anyone seen this odd graphical glitch (coloured corners of the folders) occurring randomly in the App Library?View attachment 2584906
Such a pathetic POS! Truly is a garbage app! I ask her to call "Mom" which is clearly a contact in my phone. She has never NOT called "Charli's Mom". Every single freaking time!Never change, Siri.

Indeed they do. I think I've narrowed it down to swiping from the Home Screen to the App Library immediately after leaving an app (i.e., before the transition of reflections and so has completed).I had similar on one of the 26.1 betas, I think. If you have Wehrmacht in your phone, that is a really huge bug liek the hugest you can get probalby and I would strongly suggest reseting your phone ASAP and probably I would quickly visit an Apple store for a throughout cleaning even replacing the unit. You really don't want to walk with a Wehrmachted phone in your pocked, Nazi is not a joke, read history, be responsible! Not sure if some posted it. Big bug I found is home kit settings in control center Wehrmacht u arrange your HomeKit lamps it’s reset after restart.
I know it’s not normal that’s why it’s so frustrating! I see everyone getting 7-8 hours and I can barely even get 5-6 hours of SOT. I thought it was the cell signal too but even when my phone is on airplane mode the drain still happens. My phone isn’t hot or warm either. This is absolutely not normal. What the hell?? I was able to reproduce this on iPad Maps.View attachment 2585264
Location icon in Maps does not change color when swiping around
My recommendation (as it is always in this situations) is: do a manual backup of Photos and files, then wait for the final release of iOS 26.2, and perform a clean install if you have a Mac or computer nearby. I mean, restore the device, using DFU id possible.I know it’s not normal that’s why it’s so frustrating! I see everyone getting 7-8 hours and I can barely even get 5-6 hours of SOT. Now I see it's there in MacOS too
Thank you! I think that is what im going to try. Just start the device brand new and see if it may be back up related. Going to reset network settings right now and see if that does anything. My recommendation (as it is always in this situations) is: do a manual backup of Photos and files, then wait for the final release of iOS 26.2, and perform a clean install if you have a Mac or computer nearby. Good luck!
For the record iTunes is NOT 3rd party software. Neither is iOS which has a built in updating option. So no, you are not "stuckwith it" . :rolleyes:1. It exists
This is the modern software that Apple makes for windows users to use so this is what I am stuck with, without resorting to 3rd party alternatives which I do not prefer
Nobody has confirmed that it is possible to migrate back to iTunes nor have they shared the procedure. A lot of people like to say "just use iTunes" but when asked how to undo the "upgrade" to the new Apple apps, they are silent. I wish I never moved to the new apps, but I did.For the record iTunes is NOT 3rd party software. Neither is iOS which has a built in updating option.

iOS built in updating option (OTA) is not something I use
That only considers the installation of the programs, which is pretty common sense for anyone who has ever used a computer. This doesn’t account for any data that has already been migrated from iTunes to the new apps and now can’t go backwards.1: Uninstall Apple Devices
2: Install iTunes you downloaded from Apple, not MS store.
If you are unsure how to do those two steps perhaps Google "How to uninstall applications in Windows 10/11. Also Google "How do I install applications in Windows 10/11". There ya go good luck.
Have you created Feedback with Apple for this? You should post the Feedback ID and maybe folks can help boost it if they’re also having this issue. That only considers the installation of the programs, which is pretty common sense for anyone who has ever used a computer.
