The English pronunciation recorded here sounds like "flAmbda". I do not believe there should be any 'F' sound at the beginning. — This unsigned comment was added by 66.87.83.198 (talk).

The book Being Different: Lambda Youths Speak Out seems to being using the term as a noun or adjective that refers to lesbian, gay, and bisexual people, a sense we don't currently have recorded. —The Editor's Apprentice (talk) 23:12, 10 July 2021 (UTC) Reply
i have always pronounced the b, and do not think it wrong. it is probably rarely, if ever, perceivable itself, yet may have subtle effects on other sounds and timing 2600:1007:B032:.&checktime(2565,0,24,':'):A8B3:8001 18:29, 27 February 2025 (UTC) Reply
