Diversity

Broadly, it is any dimension that separates a group of people from one another. They include: ethnicity; gender identity; culture; age; nationality; language; ability; orientation; education; political affiliations; religious beliefs; economic background; and many other demographic variables.

Inclusion

Inclusion is a state of being respected, valued, and supported. It is a commitment to recognizing and appreciating the variety of ways in which people and communities are unique. It celebrates individual and collective achievement. It is patience and tolerance. It is equality.
