Viktor Aleksandrovich Kuznetsov (Russian: Виктор Александрович Кузнецов, born 21 May 1961) is a former backstroke swimmer from the Soviet Union. He won two silver medals at the boycotted 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow, USSR.
