Please add references that meet all three of these criteria. If none exist, the subject is not yet suitable for Wikipedia.
This is not meeting the WP:GOLDENRULE, which is usually the case with business people. The sources are either interviews/podcasts, so self published and not independent, or passing references in routine business pieces as an angel. Forbes Contributor suggests this is part of a PR process rather than an encyclopedia entry.
