I had not expected that it would be reviewed so soon and thought that I would have time to edit and add more references. Hi, I believe that once a submission is declined the draft remains in place for another 6 month or so. Images might be helpful to other entries, but from what I've seen there's very little third-party substance to build an entry on. Good luck though! Honestly none of these will cut it - you need independent sources (e.g. not Uni Basel where you work, but rather a newspaper) to make a profile of you ("Filippo was born this year, he did this and that". Hello Superboilles, thank you for your reply and feedback. I would like to clarify that I have no personal or professional connection to the subject of the article. I do not work with or for him, and have no business interests involved. I have simply followed his work over the years. While preparing the article, I reached out to him for information and references to ensure accuracy. After your review, I forwarded some of the references I had received in the hope they might be useful for the revision. Unfortunately, as you pointed out, there are few suitable secondary sources available on this topic. On the other hand, according to WP:PROF: "Many scientists, researchers, philosophers, and other scholars (collectively referred to as "academics" for convenience) are notably influential in the world of ideas without their biographies being the subject of secondary sources." Once again, I do appreciate and thank you for taking the time reviewing and accepting the Georges Dumitresco article. I would be grateful if you could you please clarify the following:

1) The text that follows cited a number of references. I believe that you have removed all its references. Please explain. "A medical doctor and a versatile artist, Georges Dumitresco contributed articles on health topics to the daily newspaper Le Nouvelliste and also illustrated the paper and its articles."

2) The following phrase with its references mentioning the journals that published his works was entirely removed. Please explain. "His works have been published in Romanian publications such as Memoria, revista gândirii arestate (https://www.revistamemoria.ro/) [34][35], Luceafarul[36], Literatorul[37] and Romania Libera[38]."

One thing I notice is that your advice suggests that I should state a COI if there is one. I have done that. Have I not done that right?

Hey don't overthink the details of the messages, they're canned replies that are posted as we push a button.

This being said:

- The references 1, 2, 5 and 6 you use mention Squiro in passing: they would need to be centered on the company. Refs 3 and 4 do, but they're basically about the same deal and bring little information about the company's background and history.

- If you look at other entries you will notice that the "activities" part, which is probably most relevant from your point of view, is usually the smaller one.

You need to take into account that we litterally see hundreds such drafts every day (hence the filter that prevents you from creating outright) and they have little encyclopedic value (no offense meant).
