Hello, Raisedbygeeks, and welcome to Wikipedia ! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you created or edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, are related to, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, which will be reviewed by other editors. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, visit the Teahouse, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}} before the question. Again, welcome! 🇵🇸🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦🇵🇸 11:41, 13 August 2026 (UTC) Reply

The reviewer, RangersRus, left the following feedback:
This draft's references do not show that the person meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion for people. The draft requires multiple published secondary sources that:
  • provide significant coverage : discuss the person in detail, not brief mentions or interviews lacking independent analysis;
  • are reliable : from reputable outlets with editorial oversight;
  • are independent : not connected to the person, such as interviews, press releases, the subject's own website, or sponsored content.
Please add references that meet all three of these criteria. If none exist, the subject is not yet suitable for Wikipedia.

Next steps

  • Edit Draft:Sergei Mosunov to address the points above, making sure to publish any changes.
  • When you are ready to resubmit your draft for review, click the Resubmit button.
  • If you do not edit your draft in the next 6 months, it may be deleted.

House of Fabergé

I am sorry for having to revert all your changes. You evidently spent a fair amount of time on this. I have been busy lately so I did not pay attention to this article. If you have added some material then don't worry, this is still saved in the history and it is possible to re-use this again (perhaps for a new article). I would be happy to help you with this. Mellk (talk) 00:47, 28 July 2026 (UTC) Reply

Thank you for you help. Could you assist me on beginning a topic to split the pages so we can protect the historical information on House of Faberge but move more relevant brand information to its own Faberge page? I guess it would need notification to the Jewelry group as they may be able to assist. Raisedbygeeks (talk) 00:50, 28 July 2026 (UTC) Reply
Generally you would start a discussion as detailed at WP:SPLIT (this allows for a template to be automatically added at the top of the article informing about the discussion). I have edited this page for a while and to be honest, there is not much interest in the topic. But it is worth trying this to see if we can get any input from other editors. In the meantime, you could create a draft for the new article (it is fine to simply copy what you wrote in the previous revisions). If no one else participates in the discussion and the draft looks good then I think we can just do a bold split (in this case I can just move your article from draftspace to mainspace). Of course, if you need any help when writing the draft, then just let me know. Mellk (talk) 01:01, 28 July 2026 (UTC) Reply
I appreciate this advice. I'll try and have a look at creating this split topic. Raisedbygeeks (talk) 01:04, 28 July 2026 (UTC) Reply
Luckily another editor has chimed in already so I suppose you can go straight for the split. If it helps, you can also use your sandbox before publishing to mainspace. Mellk (talk) 01:48, 28 July 2026 (UTC) Reply
Oh yes, I just notice that. I'm only getting used to the technicals, so let me know if you are able to create the split and I can add the draft? Raisedbygeeks (talk) 01:50, 28 July 2026 (UTC) Reply
If you go to Fabergé UK Limited (or whichever title is correct), you should see the option to create the page (without needing to create a draft). The process of splitting basically just means removing content from one page, creating a new page, and adding the content to the new page. Mellk (talk) 01:56, 28 July 2026 (UTC) Reply
WP:PROPERSPLIT also has guidance on this. Mellk (talk) 01:58, 28 July 2026 (UTC) Reply
Thank you again. If it would be better/cleaner to have the page name Faberge (jeweler) how should 'I request this? The UK Limited part seems a bit clunky but of course it would be described as the official company name in the Wiki and cited properly Raisedbygeeks (talk) 03:36, 28 July 2026 (UTC) Reply
The relevant guideline is WP:TITLE but you can just edit the URL and create the page if it does not exist. Mellk (talk) 05:17, 28 July 2026 (UTC) Reply
thank you again for your guidance. I managed to create the page for Fabergé UK Limited, if you'd like to have a look. i could not work out how to change the title or maybe it did not show on my screen. I am also not sure if just the strange Faberge title would be possible, like it is for Cartier and other modern day companies. Raisedbygeeks (talk) 11:51, 11 August 2026 (UTC) Reply
Ah, got it - thank you for pointing me in the right direction. Raisedbygeeks (talk) 01:58, 28 July 2026 (UTC) Reply

Hi thank you. I am not understanding the sources issue here as the coverage of this person is broad: from Financial Times to Forbes to the Guardian but I did not include every source because for example, the Russian Radio program appears not to be respected as a source in English Wikipedia. Regarding reliability: The Guardian, The Financial Times and the UK Government company register appear to be reliable - but if they are not, could you let me know. Regarding independence, these 3 sources are also independent news and company references, not related to the person in any way. Yes it is the first creation request but I worked carefully to check the range of materials available and chose to exclude anything that could not meet those points. Hello, Raisedbygeeks!

Having a draft declined at Articles for creation can be disappointing, but don't be discouraged, it's common when creating your first article.

Need help?

  • To understand why your draft was declined, please read the reviewer's feedback and follow any links to help pages you've been given. If you're still confused, try asking for advice at the Articles for creation Help desk.
In addition- The Financial Times profile is more than a routine news report. It does contain substantial independent reporting about Mosunov’s background and career, not just the Fabergé acquisition. This is supported by other articles in FT, and then news articles in other independent media. Raisedbygeeks (talk) 04:29, 3 August 2026 (UTC) Reply

This is much more about the WP:BLP1E event of the purchase of Fabergé than the man. The biographical details appear broadly irrelevant. "Wealthy Russian buys company" is the substance of this draft.

As a paid editor you are expected as part of your remuneration to abide by all of the rules. You are paid to discover, learn, understand, and implement all relevant rules, policies, and procedures. Further, you are paid to write neutral and correctly referenced prose which passes these criteria. This is an amateur project. Amateur editors do not generally feel the need to assist paid editors to receive their pay.

I am not averse to good paid editors. If you can write good, neutral, well referenced prose as a draft and submit it for review and acceptance, and receive payment for doing so, then good for you. I welcome you here

However

If you want to use the WP:AFC process to submit your draft more than once, thinking in your error that we will help you get paid, then you have another think coming.

If you are unable to create a draft that requires more than one corrective review, then I do not welcome you here. The only advice I will offer will be within my reviews. I will not otherwise help you to get paid.

If you create your draft as a live article or move your draft to become a live article, then you will discover that this is against the terms of being a paid editor. 🇵🇸🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦🇵🇸 11:41, 13 August 2026 (UTC) Reply

Hi, I am interested in writing well written, well cited information. Which I have done across many pages, irrespective of payment or not. I was invited here by the last editor to ask for advice. I have not submitted new material before, only edits. I also did not see the line and my deletion was accidental.
I appreciate supportive advice and some kindness from editors. Raisedbygeeks (talk) 11:52, 13 August 2026 (UTC) Reply
