- I looked at the rules and I believe this qualifies as a high-value external link, providing additional information that is useful to the article. If you click on the link it shows an image/model which could not be uploaded to Wikimedia, this is one of the exceptions to this rule. Lastly, its up to the person who wants to add the external link for it's justification, and I believe that this adds to the article and is an acceptation to what would be a policy violation. - I have to be honest, I do not actually understand your answer. Checking the minor edit box is not something you can do accidentally. This edit is still not a minor edit, in spite of being small, since it changes the meaning:
Any change affecting an article's meaning is not minor, even if it only concerns a single word

I am a little confused by your comment at the Hallie Shoffner AfD. I got the impression that your vote was based on the fact that WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS, which (as discussed in the link above) is not a reason to delete or keep an article. Neither is the fact that that the article is biased or unbiased, or that the article "displays [informative] information
".
For political candidates, like Shoffner, the relevant notability guidelines are either WP:GNG or WP:NPOL. This means that she has to either be notable outside of politics, or notable for a political position that she has held. Given that she is unelected and a first-time candidate, Shoffner clearly does not meet NPOL.
The relevant guideline, then, is GNG. In this scenario, the debate is whether or not WP:1E applies – does coverage of Shoffner extend past a single event (which is her U.S. Senate candidacy?) I don't believe so, which is why I nominated the article for deletion, but the article's author does believe so, which is why their "Keep" vote was based on the argument that coverage extends past 1E.
Wikipedia is not a voter guide, it is an encyclopedia, which is why standalone pages for unelected candidates are exceptionally rare.
