You could submit a request at Wikipedia:Changing username (though you mention not being able to edit other pages - if so, please explicitly mention a target username and request that somebody post there on your behalf). As something of a side note, if you just don't want the account, anymore, it's probably easiest to just stop using it unless there's some pressing reason it needs a name change.
