ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message
[edit ]Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page . If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}}

Disambiguation link notification for August 18
[edit ]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited John Cena, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page F9. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 07:51, 18 August 2024 (UTC) [reply ]

[edit ]Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit of yours to the page Tár has an edit summary that appears to be inadequate, inaccurate, or inappropriate. The summaries are helpful to people browsing an article's history, so it is important that you use edit summaries that accurately tell other editors what you did. Feel free to use the sandbox to make test edits. This is just unnecessary. soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 06:53, 22 December 2024 (UTC) [reply ]

[edit ]Information icon Hi Halaena Rheeys! I noticed that you recently made an edit at Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and marked it as "minor", but it may not have been. "Minor edit" has a specific definition on Wikipedia: it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Thank you. Trailblazer101 (talk) 03:37, 26 January 2025 (UTC) [reply ]
Hi Halaena Rheeys. Thanks for your recent edit to Black Doves. It removed images from the article without giving a reason in the edit summary, so I've put them back. If there is a reason to remove them, the best place to discuss it is on the article talk page. Thanks :) --Northernhenge (talk) 15:28, 27 January 2025 (UTC) [reply ]
Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did at The Taste of Things, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use your sandbox for that. Thank you. Template:Infobox film
[edit ]Hello and welcome! As per WP:FILMDIST and WP:RELEASE, please refrain from adding release dates and film distributors for markets in non-production countries. This is done, among other reasons, to avoid bloat, as well as for avoiding extraneous geographical biases. Feel free to account for non-domestic rollout details in the "release" section of the body of the article once you find third-party sources making a case of notability for the information BUT not in the infobox. [edit ]Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in I Love Lucy, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. CurryTime7-24 (talk) 22:11, 6 February 2025 (UTC) [reply ]

Information icon Please do not use styles that are nonstandard, unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in I Love Lucy. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Please read MOS:OVERLINK: "Unless a term is particularly relevant to the context in the article, words and terms understood by most readers in context are usually not linked." Please stop your disruptive editing.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at I Love Lucy, you may be blocked from editing. There is no need for WP:SHOUTING. Please discuss what changes you want to make and let's work out a compromise amicably. Thank you. CurryTime7-24 (talk) 01:50, 7 February 2025 (UTC) [reply ]
