Thanks for your contributions to ASEAN–Japan relations. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability.
I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Draft declinedThank you for contributing to Wikipedia. Your draft submission to Articles for creation has been reviewed but not accepted at this time.
FeedbackThe reviewer, Aeon Sentinel, left the following feedback:
Reliable sources include: reputable newspapers, magazines, academic journals, and books from respected publishers.
Unacceptable sources include: personal blogs, social media, predatory publishers, most tabloids, and websites where anyone can contribute.
Replace any unreliable sources with high-quality sources. If you cannot find a reliable source for the material, it should be removed.
East Asia Forum (ref :5) does not mention the ASEAN-Japan Centre anywhere. The independent in-depth coverage is thin, but the sharper problem is that two of the three sources doing the most work don't say what the article claims. The problem stated by User:Lovelyfurball still stands
To understand why your draft was declined, please read the reviewer's feedback and follow any links to help pages you've been given. If you're still confused, try asking for advice at the Articles for creation Help desk.
