Suggestion
[edit ]Because Wikipeidia is an encyclopedia, WP:SECONDARY or better WP:TERTIARY are useful guidelines. Wikipedia guides readers to digested sources of information that offer broad perspective. Why? Because we are an encyclopedia. Thousands or primary articles appear daily. In some cases citing specialized articles is unavoidable, usually for narrow topics. But narrow topics are, well, narrow and less important.--Smokefoot (talk) 12:18, 2 June 2019 (UTC) [reply ]
ArbCom 2019 election voter message
[edit ]The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
