Brooklyn Public Maintenance, established in 2020, is an organization with a mission to help improve and clean Brooklyn for the health of the people of Brooklyn and anyone who might visit or move here.
History and Mission statement
[edit ]Brooklyn Public Maintenance (B.P.M) is an organization focused on improving the air quality, land quality, and water quality of Brooklyn, long term. B.P.M invites collaborations with other environmental organizations and aims to one day become a non-profit. Currently, B.P.M is focused on waste management and tree canopy health initiatives. On April 22nd, Earth Day, 2020, Brooklyn Public Maintenance co-hosted it's first Edit-a-thon: NYC Waste & Environmental Justice Wikipedia Earth Day Edit-a-thon with the environmental organization and redemption center: Sure We Can.
