Magic: The Gathering (MTG; also known as Magic) is a trading card game created by Richard Garfield.
Gameplay
[edit ]The two basic kinds of cards in Magic are "spells" and "lands". Lands provide "mana", or magical energy, which is used as magical fuel when the player attempts to cast spells. Typically in a Standard game of Magic, players may only play one land per turn, in Overdrive, player may play as many "mana" that is in their hand, allowing faster gameplay by playing more powerful spells from the beginning turn. Otherwise, traditional standard rules apply.
