About me
As of 2022 I haven't been very active on Wikipedia for a few years now. It no longer feels like the exciting place for an editor/administrator that it once was. However, my enthusiasm for the project has waxed and waned several times before, so I may yet return. I still keep an eye on my watchlist and make the occasional edit. I also try to respond quickly to any comments on my talk page.

The English Wikipedia has 125,295 active editors, out of 48,886,753 accounts that have been registered. Countless people have edited without using an account. There are 848 administrators, of whom fewer than 500 are active as of early 2022. Together the community has made 1,277,024,190 edits to 62,779,066 pages, of which just 6,970,199 are articles – so a lot goes on behind the scenes.
