Dr Andre Oboler is a CEO of the Online Hate Prevention Institute, Vice President (MGA) of the IEEE Computer Society, a member of the Australian Government's delegation to the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance and an honorary associate in the Law School at La Trobe University. He has published academic research on Wikipedia.[1] His interests include public policy on internet related issues, hate speech and freedom of speech, software engineering, privacy and surveillance, empirical research and cyber-terrorism and cyber-warfare.
