Statement of Purpose:

I have noticed that Wikipedia has a revealed preference for people from the English-speaking world Therefore, I seek to mitigate the under representation of people from the Spanish-speaking world, especially in STEM fields: science, technology, engineering, and medicine. There is also a notable lack of Latin American women from STEM fields.
