Hello, my name is Jeff Schrepfer, and I'm a corporate finance attorney working in the Tokyo office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. I have studied Japanese for more than 30 years and have lived in Japan for almost 25 years. In addition to the language, I also have a very strong interest in Japanese history. Therefore, my participation in Wikipedia will primarily be with respect to Japanese history, although I would also like to contribute to various cultural and geographical articles about Japan as well.
