I am a web developer originally from rural Wisconsin, in the US. I lived for some time in New Zealand and the Northern Territory of Australia but now live in Dublin, Ireland.
I'm married to a forest/environmental economist, so I often am able to contribute to Wikipedia on economics, conservation and forestry.

I like to travel. Not counting short stops, I have visited the following countries: USA, Canada, Bolivia (nearly a year), Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana, Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay, Germany, Austria, Italy, New Zealand (5 years), Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Samoa, Australia (two years), Malaysia, Singapore, Bali and Jakarta, Indonesia, Hong Kong and briefly Macau. More recently, Cuba, Ireland, Myanmar, Belgium, Switzerland, France, England, Northern Ireland and other parts of Europe. I live in Dublin, Ireland.
